State Press Office showing an aerial view of the Rio Doce --which was flooded with toxic lama after a dam owned by Vale SA and BHP Billiton Ltd burst early this month-- flowing into the Atlantic Ocean in Regencia Village, coast of Espirito Santo State, Brazil, on November 21, 2015.
